Q. How long does it take to upload my photos for printing? |

| A. Depending on the connection speed of your Internet provider. For example high-speed Cable or Sympatico connections may require less than 20 seconds per digital photo file. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Q. How long after I upload my photos will I receive them? |

| A. In approximately 3 days if you select our standard delivery. With our Express delivery you will receive them the next day. Once your order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirming the delivery details. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Q. What is the 4 x 5.3 in. photo size? Why this odd size? |

A. The 4 x 5.3 in. size is the perfect no crop size for current digital cameras, meaning your prints will not be cropped in any way from what you see on the camera screen. You may however order 4 x 6 in. prints, they will be slightly cropped but you will have no difficulties finding the right album.  |
